It is very important that you read our Returns Policy and understand any conditions we impose due to legislation regarding hygiene.
OnlineLingerie2You.com will offer a full refund for merchandise that is damaged, or not as specified in your order with the following conditions:
Goods must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. within 14 days of your purchase delivery date.
Exempt Goods (Non-Returnable) - Due to hygiene regulations we cannot offer refunds on any type of briefs / panties / g-strings / boyshorts or other lingerie designed to be worn intimately, unless the package has been unopened and it retains its original seal. OnlineLingerie2You.com reserves the right to refuse returns of items where packaging has been unsealed, items have been worn or washed.
Exempt Goods (Not Returnable) - We only accept returns on hosiery if the pack has been unopened.
If the goods have a manufacturing fault, or we have shipped you an item that is not what you ordered, please feel free to return the item to us together with a note advising the following details:
Your order number. Your name, address and best contact number, what you believe is faulty with the goods, whether you would like a replacement of the same goods, or a full refund. We will investigate the fault and either exchange the goods or refund your payment, or we will contact you if the goods are 'not returnable'.
Should you return goods that we have specified 'not returnable' we reserve the right to ship them back to you and charge you for the shipping, so please ensure they do not fall into the exempt category, with the exception of hoisery that has been unopened.
We will endeavour to replace 'exchange' goods to you within 10-14 days. However, if the goods are not in stock and we need to re-order from our manufacturer please add another 7 - 10 days. We will do our absolute best to ensure we return goods to you in a timely manner.

Although there is legislation in place for returning some goods, we want you to know we will do everything we possibly can to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
